We are excited to host the 2026 Fastpitch World Midwest Championship in beautiful Sioux Falls, South Dakota! We hope that you all enjoy the amazing opportunities this city has to offer while your team participates in the tournament.

Coaches and Players Wristbands

Coaches' and Players' Wristbands will be distributed in the Coaches' Packet. Wristbands will be available for 3 coaches and the players on the official USSSA roster.

All other personnel are considered spectators and are required to purchase a wristband. Coach or team personnel are required to hand out wrist bands before your first game, so you can avoid any issues at the entrance to the parks.  Wristbands must be worn by players and coaches, no exceptions.

Please make sure your insurance and roster are uploaded to the USSSA site.

If you have not yet finished making payment for the tournament, please do so on the USSSA tournament site.

Live Streaming of games at Sanford.

Sanford Sports Complex offers Live Streaming of Games through a company called MuscoVision. Each field at the Sanford Diamonds is equipped with two MuscoVision live-streaming cameras.

Cancellation Policy

A 100% refund will be issued (minus a $200 administration fee) if a team withdraws before June 25, 2026. NO refunds will be issued after June 26, 2026. If the tournament is cancelled (no games played) due to weather, a 100% refund will be issued (minus a $200 administration fee). If 1 game is played, a 50% refund will be issued. If 2 or more games are played, NO refunds will be issued.

Roster

Your USSSA Roster must be finalized by midnight on July 20th, 2026. This includes all Guest Players.

Spectator Information

Fans should bring chairs for seating.

• The weather can be very hot; please plan accordingly.
• No pets allowed
• No Coolers/Outside Food Permitted is allowed to be brought into the tournament at any location.
• Wristbands must be worn by players and coaches, no exceptions.
• Wristbands must be worn by all spectators, no exceptions.

Players will be provided a wristband by their coach, who will pick up player/coach wristbands at Coaches Check-In on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. No Need to buy your player a wristband, just make sure to have her get it from her coach. Players and Coaches not in uniform will need to wear their wristband to gain free entrance into the parks.

Pre-Sale Wristbands available for order until 11:59 pm, July 18th, 2025

Wristbands will be required for all spectators 8 years old and older.

• Four-Day Pre-Sale Wristband Pass $40 for fans 8 years old and older. Best Deal!
• Single Day On-Site Pass $15 for fans 12 years old and older
• Single Day On-Site Pass $10 for fans 11-8 years old

No refunds on Pre-Sale or On-Site wristband purchases.

Cash and Cashless payments will be accepted at all fields.

Opening Ceremonies

Date: Thursday, July 24th, 2025

Time: 5 pm Team Lineup for Parade, 6 pm Team Parade followed by Collegiate Guest Speaker and Home Run Derby.

Guarantee that you are able to purchase your Fastpitch World Midwest Championship Tournament apparel by utilizing our Pre-Sale option. Once you have chosen the Pre-Sale items that work best for your family, add them to your cart, process your payment, and stop by Sanford Park to pick up your pre-packaged apparel. The best choices of size, color, and style will be available through pre-sale. Not all of the merchandise available for Pre-Sale will be available at the tournament.
